Our restaurant is located on the historic Clover Cliff Ranch which was established in 1860. The Cliff is a destination restaurant in the heart of the Flint Hills. This part of Kansas is known for being part of the last of the tall grass prairie, and famous for raising delicious beef. Being a historic ranch, we have returned hundreds of bison to the Flint Hills.
The dining space creates an inviting ambiance that reflects the unique character of the Flint Hills. Gracious hospitality and fine food, attention to detail, and service are the hallmarks of The Cliff.
